‘God’ – by Sri Aurobindo

Thou who pervadest all the worlds below,

Yet sitst above,

Master of all who work and rule and know,

Servant of Love!

Thou who disdainest not the worm to be

Nor even the clod,

Therefore we know by that humility

That thou art God.

భగవంతుడు

కింద భువనాలన్నీ నిండి వుంటావు

పైన అతీతంగా కొలువుంటావు

ఏలి, ఎరిగి శ్రమించేవారికి స్వామివి

ప్రేమకు నిత్యం బంటువు!

కీటకాన్ని కూడా కాదనవు,

రాతిని కూడా రద్దు చెయ్యవు

ఆ వినతిని చూచి తెలుసుకుంటారు

భగవంతుడివి నువ్వేనని.
